Returns & Refunds

Should you wish to return anything purchased on our website, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully re-saleable condition, complete with original packaging and any tags or labels. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange earrings.

It would be best if you could return items by recorded delivery. We cannot be held responsible for returned items we do not receive. Please keep your tracking slip until we acknowledge your item has been received safely.

Please include your order number along with your name and address, reasons for return and return parcel.
